I love their boneless chicken wings, we usually order them un sauced and dip them in different combos to try new flavors and tastes. Tonight the girl brought all 25 already sauced, even though we clearly asked for them unsauced. The waitress was not pleasant at all. I ordered the Chislic, it was one nasty piece of food. Breaded flavorless and bland. No original spices, definitely not deep fried right. Very disappointing. Not your South Dakota Chislic!! Had our chicken order been correct, all would have been okay. Ordered ranch and blue cheese dips, so we needed to pay extra for one of them. It was pretty busy so apparently people seem more inclined to dine there, where in the past it has been pretty dead on a week night.

We eat here for lunch 2-3 times a month and we are always very pleased with our meal. The wait staff is very friendly and they are attentive and accurate. We feel we get a good value for our money, In the summer it is nice to sit out on the patio. There is a lot of space in the main dining room so you don't feel crowded; the bar is another nice area in which to have a meal. The salads are very good and we usually split one. I like the boneless wings and my husband likes traditional wings. He LOVES the hot sweet Thai chili sauce!

Well, we walked in to order some wings to take home. Looking just to my left to the seating area, I see a bear foot having a sock installed onto it-WOW!-A gym or a place to eat?(She had red hair)..We order and sit in the bar while waiting--Guess who walks up? The red hair hostess that was just dressing her feet. She asks us for our order-- Long story short--GREAT WINGS/ONION RINGS---but not a place to get dressed before your shift- And table we sat at, for 5 mins, very wabbly--

My husband and I won a gift card when we first moved to Ellsworth AFB. We absolutely loved it! Much better than b-dubs in my opinion. The service was exceptional and the food came out promptly. We have gone back several times now and have had a perfect experience each visit!

I have to give this a 3 star since we were here twice (once was amazing, once was terrible) The first experience we came here for lunch 3 adults and a 2 year old. the service was great, the food was great, it was overall a great experience with absolutly no complaints. However, being in Rapid City with limited night life options. We came back later that day for some drinks with friends and to play their tabletop games. The service was terribly slow (and there was maybe a handfull of people there), and our drink order was messed up twice. We were there for quite a while, and when the bill came the other couple and ourselves were going to split our $80 drink bill. One of us gave the waitress a $100 and the other gave a card. The waitress comes back with zero cash change, and a credit car receipt for $40. When it was mentioned she then brought back change. A few minutes later the manager came over and said there was no record of the credit card transaction. So we pulled up our banking on our smart phone and showed they ran the card. She said she would research it, then never came back. Will be back when we come visit again because the table top games are addictive. Can't really hold them completly accountable for one retarded waitress who probably should have had better training or been shadowing an experienced waitress.

Won't be back. Pitifully slow service. Cold food. Understandable if it's busy but it wasn't.

Thought we'd give this place a try on a Tuesday night in November to get some wings. What a mistake that was. We were seated at a table for two, and were told someone would be with us shortly. 15 minutes went by and no waiter/waitress ever came to our table to acknowledge us. We got up and walked to the front to tell the girl that seated us that nobody gave us the time of day, and walked out the door. Obviously this place is trying to mirror Buffalo Wild Wings with the set up, food and all the TVs. BWW is where we should've gone in the first place. They didn't want any part of my business, so I'll return the favor by not giving them a 2nd chance.

Bad food, worse service. Our waiter even stuck his finger in our water while he set them down. Awesome.

I realize this is a chain. Normally I try to stay away. But for chains they have the best layout for TV's. When I want to watch the game and have a beer and wings with friends this is where I go. The staff is extremely friendly. Anyone who knows me knows that I will go back for great service and decent food over great food and decent service. On the light side you can get the naked tenders and dip in sauce. Cuts down on the calories if you watch them like I do. Unfortunately I go all out for the blazin sauce so I accept and deal with the calories. The black and blue burger is very good also. Great selection of beers. Overall I like the place and will return again and again.

1st time. I really enjoyed the homemade chicken noodle soup and salad with Greek meat and homemade raspberry vinegerette dressing. I foresee changing my response to 5 stars after a few more visits. Excellent service too

Again, I'm not a fan of chain type restaurants and this is a classic example of why. The place had about as much personality as a Hooters or TGIFridays or any of the myriad chain places that offer huge servings of beer, chicken wings, and other deep fried goodies. They only offer beer and wine (no hard alcohol) though the servings can be quite huge and somewhat expensive. Our group ordered the boneless chicken wings. What we got was a bowl full of chicken breast meat (how can they claim these are boneless chicken wings?) in battered and deep fried bite-sized pieces covered in hot sauce. A side of ranch was plunked down next to the bowl but quickly became a mess when a hot sauce soaked piece of chicken was dunked in the dip. Will I be back? I think not.

They have rolled out a new menu! Wings have not changed and still rock! Lots of new choices and great burger list. Expanded wine and beer menus too!
